Job Description:

We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to support the daily operations of our client’s corporate office. This front-desk role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and provides essential administrative support to ensure a smooth-running workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately within the office
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, screen and route calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and scheduling
  • Coordinate meeting logistics such as catering, room prep, and materials
  • Monitor office supplies and kitchen inventory; place orders as needed
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area and shared spaces
  • Support expense tracking and receipt filing

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
