We are looking for an experienced immigration attorney who excels at tackling complex legal challenges and recognizes that every case represents a client’s life and their future in the U.S. The ideal candidate is committed to a long-term career with the firm and aspires to take on a leadership role, ultimately growing into a partnership position. We are open to solos or small firms wanting to join our practice.

Responsibilities:
We believe it is important for immigration attorneys to have at least some knowledge of both family and business-based immigration options. We are happy to train you in the areas that you don’t know.
You will be expected to:
- Analyze a foreign national’s situation and devise the best immigration strategy.
- Review documents and cases prior to submittal.
- Draft more complex cover letters and responses to any Request For Evidence.
- Supervise paralegal(s) and review their work.
- Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly
- Stay current on law changes and new USCIS memos
- Have a desire to help out wherever is needed
