Job Description

Our client, a leading global carrier with a strong E&S platform, is seeking an E&S Casualty Underwriter to join their growing brokerage-focused team.

The Role:

• Underwrite middle-market casualty accounts ($10K–$150K in premium).
• Classes include habitational, contractors, products, hotels/motels, vacant land, and clubs.
• Work closely with wholesale brokers to drive profitable growth.
• Contribute to a team that has grown significantly over the last three years.

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of E&S Casualty underwriting experience.
• Strong wholesale broker relationships.
• Proven ability to analyze risk and drive profitable underwriting decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
