Urgent Hiring: Experienced Service Dispatcher

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Dispatcher to help coordinate our technicians, serve our customers efficiently, and keep our operations running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who knows the workflow of HVAC , electrical, or plumbing service, understands technician routing, and is comfortable handling multiple moving parts at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians quickly and efficiently

• Manage technician schedules to maximize productivity and minimize travel time

• Respond to inbound customer calls and schedule service appointments as needed

• Prioritize jobs based on urgency, technician skill sets, and geographic zones

• Monitor job progress and provide customers with updates on arrival times

• Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and technicians

• Maintain accurate records, job notes, and updates in Service Titan

• Coordinate with office team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Handle rescheduling, follow-ups, and any customer concerns related to service logistics

Qualifications

• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing dispatching experience REQUIRED

• Service Titan experience HIGHLY preferred (priority given to candidates with solid ST proficiency)

• Strong understanding of technician routing, job prioritization, and service workflows

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Professional, calm, and solutions-focused under pressure

• Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple technicians and jobs simultaneously

• Comfortable using scheduling or CRM software (ServiceTitan preferred; training provided)

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
