Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support across various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
