Position : Creative & Copywriter
Working Schedule : 8am-5pm MST
Salary Range : ââââââ Canadian Dollars $2,000-$3,500 Converts to US Dollars $1,424- $2,510 / month (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Weâre looking for a creative powerhouse â a copywriter who thinks like a strategist, writes like a marketer, and leads like a project manager.
Youâll craft words that drive action, emotion, and clarity, across funnels, ads, emails, YouTube, and everything in between.
This isnât about just writing, itâs about owning outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
Core Writing & Strategy
- Support with webinar copy , email copy , ad copy , funnel copy , and website copy that converts.
 - Create email newsletters with both strategy and copy, not just words, but story, structure, and engagement.
 - Develop lead magnet copy (ebooks, guides, checklists) and collaborate with designers to ensure the final product feels world-class and functional .
- Repurpose long-form content (like YouTube videos) into SEO-optimized blogs using AI tools.
- Write and optimize sales copy follow-ups (emails, DMs, and short-form content) to improve call booking and show-up rates for sales calls and webinar leads.
- Build webinar presentation copy , designing the structure, flow, and slide-by-slide messaging based on Alex Hormozi-style webinar frameworks that drive conversions and storytelling clarity.
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine copy across funnels, ads, and emails, using performance data and audience feedback to improve conversion rates and message resonance over time.
- Write client success stories, testimonials, and case studies that highlight transformation and results, to be used across webinars, funnels, and social proof campaigns.

Video & Content Development
- Write long-form YouTube scripts and short-form scripts (no long teleprompter essays, just ideas, hooks, CTAs, and bullet points).
- Generate YouTube thumbnail titles and collaborate with editors and designers to make sure copy + visuals work together strategically.
- Update and optimize YouTube video descriptions as needed to ensure the copy stays aligned, structured, keyword-optimized, and conversion-driven.
- Research and recommend YouTube content titles, hooks, and outlines based on trending videos, audience insights, and top-performing competitors.
- Collaborate with the creative editor to ensure each videoâs first 10 seconds hooks attention and supports retention and conversion goals.

Launch & Ad Strategy
- Plan and write all launch-related copy including pre-launch nurture emails, waitlist pages, sales pages, and post-launch follow-ups.
- Work with the marketing director to build campaign copy calendars ensuring every message, across emails, ads, and video scripts, aligns with the campaign narrative.
- Develop and test ad hooks, angles, and headlines with the media team on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Research trending creative patterns and translate insights into actionable ad copy and creative briefs that align with brand strategy and performance goals.

Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with the Creative Team (editors, designers) to bring your copy to life across all platforms.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to review and refine captions, ensuring alignment with brand tone, clarity, and conversion intent.
- Perform quality checks on copy written by the Social Media Manager to maintain a consistent and high-level brand voice across all social platforms.
- Support the Marketing and Launch Teams by aligning copy with strategy, funnels, and campaign outcomes.
- Participate in brainstorms, bringing creative ideas for content angles, hooks, and lead generation opportunities.

You are responsible for the end result , not just your piece of it.
If you write an amazing copy for an ebook but the ebook looks off, isnât delivered properly, or doesnât convert⦠you take ownership to ensure the final product works .
That means leading the process, communicating with designers, and making sure the end-to-end outcome is achieved.
You own the result, not just the text.

Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of experience in the same or related field.
- Exceptional command of English grammar, tone, and flow .
- Deep understanding of marketing psychology , hooks, and storytelling.
- Experience writing for funnels, ads, webinars, and email sequences .
- Proven ability to build webinar presentations with strategic flow, pacing, and conversion-driven storytelling.
- Ability to think strategically, aligning copy to data, intent, and business outcomes.
- Strong familiarity with AI writing and research tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, etc.) and how to leverage AI for research, ideation, and content repurposing without losing the human touch.
- Basic understanding of SEO , YouTube analytics , and content repurposing .
Comfortable managing projects across multiple tools like Notion, Asana, or Monday.com .
