• Experienced Corporate & Securities Attorney who knows real estate and is hungry to succeed. A team leader who has aspirations to help the firm keep growing, while having a team build around them. Someone who is a leader in the Austin legal community.
• Compensation varies depending on experience, but the firm offers a competitive package of base salary, origination fee bonuses, and billable-based bonuses
• Onsite or Hybrid schedule in Austin
• Billable Hours: minimum of 100 hours/month but usually more than that. No concrete requirement though.
• Health Insurance 100% covered by the firm for a basic plan, with additional add-ons
• Vision & Dental offered
• 401k w/match (eligible at 1 year of employment)
• PTO: 15 days first year, 16 days second year, etc. up to maximum of 20 days
• Most U.S. Holidays off

Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years' experience as an Attorney with a focus on Corporate and Securities Law
• Strong writing skills and detail-oriented
• Independent; able to run transactions from start to finish, while also being able to delegate work to others
• Hardworking, wants to make money, wants to lead the team
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
