Job Summary:
Join the Ski and Snowboard Teams as a level 200 or 300 Coach and lead athletes to success in one of the most dynamic and rewarding competitive ski and snowboard programs. As the visible leader for your team, you’ll manage training, travel, competition preparation, and athlete development while fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Bring your expertise, passion, and energy to inspire athletes both on and off the mountain.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily training groups of athletes, ensuring progression aligns with training plans and competition goals.
Assess and evaluate athletes within the competition pipeline using video analysis, skill tracking, and performance data.
Implement course settings, allocate training space, and adapt plans based on weather or program needs.
Provide consistent communication and valuable feedback to athletes and parents regarding progress and goals.
Travel with teams for training camps and competitions, ensuring athlete safety, well-being, and logistical needs are met.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
USSS Level 200+ or PSIA/AASI Level 2+
Understanding of risk management and commitment to providing a safe training and travel environment.
Knowledge of proper equipment tuning techniques.
Ability to manage athletes during travel, including supervision, planning, and adherence to Vail driving policies.
The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $62.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
