Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Milling Manager to join our dynamic team in Machesney Park. In this role, you will oversee the CNC milling operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Responsibilities

Manage daily CNC milling operations, ensuring optimal production flow and quality control.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of CNC machinists to enhance their skills and productivity.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and safety.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize machining processes and product designs.
Maintain inventory of tools and materials, ensuring availability for production needs.
Conduct regular safety audits and promote a culture of safety within the team.
Prepare reports on production metrics and recommend improvements as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in CNC milling operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field preferred.
