Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced bilingual paralegal to join our supportive legal team in Woodbridge, Virginia, on a full-time IN PERSON basis.

*This is not a remote position*

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of immigration experience;
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in additional languages being a strong advantage;
Positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor;
Highly organized and able to manage multiple administrative tasks;
Excellent writing skills and proficiency in English;
EOIR experience is mandatory (MCH & IH).

Responsibilities:
As a paralegal in our firm, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring effective communication within the firm and with external contacts;
Maintaining accurate record-keeping, scheduling meetings, and processing applications;
Utilizing Microsoft Office and learning new software as needed;
Supporting attorneys in the preparation, filing, and tracking of various immigration applications and petitions, and gathering supporting documents;
Other duties as assigned.
