Job Description

Salary: $37,850 - 58,670 per year Requirements:

• Associate degree with 1 year of previous experience in IT or relevant user experience, or
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant IT experience or user experience
• Epic Certification in ClinDoc, Stork, Orders, Case Management, or Rehab (preferred upon hire, required within 90 days)
• Preference for 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong verbal, written, and customer service skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms for various customer groups
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Advanced knowledge of procedures, utilities, and operating systems
• Effective analytical and troubleshooting skills with minimal assistance

• Assist in managing the complete life cycle of technology solutions, from analysis and design to deployment and maintenance
• Facilitate end-user technology utilization and ensure system efficiency
• Design and document application modifications, new features, and defect resolutions
• Respond to customer requests and participate in customer meetings
• Occasionally lead customer discussions
• Contribute to improvements in application and workflow processes
• Solve complex problems by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures
• Build familiarity with the organizations processes and client needs
• Maintain all assigned applications and their version levels
• Provide application support to other teams as needed
• Develop and implement test plans according to established standards
• Complete internal reports and provide status updates to management
• Execute application projects and project plans as per standards
• Adhere to departmental operating procedures and customer service principles
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
