Job Description

Significant Bonus Potential for Experienced Administrative Coordinator

We have a one-of-a-kind opportunity for someone that’s very detailed and organized, has excellent follow-through, is self-driven, and would love the opportunity to earn bonuses you won’t find elsewhere. We’re pioneers in a niche industry that’s assisted attorneys for more than 30 years to improve the lives of catastrophically injured parties through settlement planning. You’ll deal with multiple cases at a time with no two days ever being the same. It’s great for someone that likes being active and busy, can switch gears quickly, and keep all the balls in the air. Our culture is best described as a small agile team with good vibes and no drama, where ownership mentality is highly rewarded.

Qualifications

  • Prefer 10+ year track record of solid tenures with a “get it done” ownership mentality.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, impeccable follow through, and the ability to pivot from case-to-case without dropping balls.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills to successfully work with new and existing attorney clientele.
  • Ability to be in office 8 – 5, Monday – Friday.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Prior agency experience quoting and processing life insurance and annuity solutions a plus.

Key Functions

  • Quote Generation: Learn to generate and review the accuracy of structured settlement quotes and illustrations.
  • Application Review: Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of structured settlement annuity applications.
  • Communication: Communicating with various parties involved, including agents, carriers, sales, and management, regarding application status.
  • Client Service: Providing excellent customer service, answering phones, and responding to email inquiries.
  • Document Management: Reviewing and coordinating settlement documents and qualified assignments.
  • Case Management: Maintaining current cases, annuity funding deadlines, and daily status updates.

Rewards

  • Competitive Salary with significant Bonus Potential you won’t find elsewhere!
  • Generous PTO program.
  • Health insurance stipend.
  • Paid for training, licensing, and training conference opportunities.
  • Small team environment with good vibes and no drama.
