Now Hiring: Activities/Pool Staff | Bring the Fun to Our Resort Team!

We’re currently seeking Activities Staff to join our resort team. In this role, you’ll help plan, promote, and lead daily recreational activities for guests of all ages: creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where memories are made.
Location: Vacation Village at Weston
Address: 16461 Racquet Club Rd, Weston, FL 33326
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Shift: Availability to work between the hours of 8am and 9pm.
What You’ll Do
Plan and lead engaging daily activities and events for children and adults
Encourage guest participation and keep the energy upbeat and positive
Perform occasional pool area duties such as guest towel service, chair placement, maintaining and clean and safe environment
Promote a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable resort environment
Communicate schedules and event details to guests clearly and enthusiastically
Assist with poolside games, special events, and outdoor recreation
Maintain clean and organized activity areas and equipment
Ensure guest safety and respond calmly in case of emergencies
Support the team with event setup, cleanup, and coordination across departments

Able to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
Prior experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
